Floyd Landis has another chance to appeal and regain his 2006 Tour de France title. If we can still remember, he made a spectacular comeback to win at '06's stage 17 TDF road race. Unfortunatly, he was ruled by the Court of Arbitration for Sport - the top court for sports for testing positive for using banned performace enhancing drugs.
If Landis loses the appeal, he will be the first cyclist in the 105-year race history to be stipped of the title because of a doping offense.
The Yellow jersey is scheduled by the International Cycling Union to be awarded to second-place finisher Oscar Pereiro on Monday in Madrid.
